Job summary

Mistral.ai is seeking an AI Deployment Strategist with a focus on science to drive adoption and deployment of AI solutions for science-heavy projects. You will work with customers from strategic vision through production, bridging deep technical work with business value.

The role requires 2+ years in client-facing AI domains and a strong background in AI/ML, Python, and C++. You will travel 30–60% to support on-site deployments and collaborate with research teams to translate science into impact.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a client-facing technical role with AI science domains.
• Degree in a scientific field; PhD is a plus.
• Deep knowledge of AI/ML with ability to advise technical audiences.
• Hands-on experience building AI applications in science domains (Python/C++).
• Strong business acumen and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive workshops to identify science-specific challenges and opportunities.
• Co-create AI adoption roadmaps with customers for science applications.
• Develop business cases, quantify ROI, and align with client objectives.
• Architect end-to-end AI solutions for science domains and integrate platforms.
• Drive production deployments and transitions from presales to postsales.
• Travel (~30–60%) to support on-site deployment and client relationships.
