AXA Climate, based in Paris, is seeking an experienced B2B SaaS Sales professional to own the full sales cycle with Asset Managers and financial institutions. You will build pipelines, engage senior stakeholders, and translate climate data insights into business value.

You will operate in a fast-paced environment, navigating complex organizations, with bilingual English-French communication and a strong hunter mindset to hit revenue targets.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience.
• Proven full sales cycle ownership from prospecting to closing.
• Strong hunter mindset with ability to generate opportunities.
• Experience selling to Asset Managers or institutional investors is a plus.
• Solid understanding of the investment ecosystem and climate data.
• Fluent in French and English; excellent collaboration.
• Autonomous, structured, resilient and results-driven.
• Ability to navigate large organizations and influence senior stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Build and manage your own pipeline through proactive outbound prospecting.
• Develop new business with Asset Managers, Asset Owners, and Financial Institutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle from discovery to closing.
• Engage stakeholders across investment, ESG and risk functions.
• Translate client needs into Altitude use cases and value propositions.
• Maintain a rigorous pipeline and forecast in Salesforce.
