Global University Systems invites a proactive Program Advisor to promote the Ecole Supérieure de Design portfolio to prospective students by phone, email, and online meetings. You will manage the student pipeline from initial enquiry through enrolment and payment of tuition fees.

You will work with independence, master the course offerings, provide tailored consultations, and maintain CRM records with high accuracy while delivering excellent customer service throughout the recruitment cycle.

Qualifications

• 1+ year exposure to the higher education industry.
• 2+ years of professional, full-time sales experience in a closing role.
• 1+ years of experience working through complex sales cycles with multiple touch points and decision makers.
• 2+ years of experience meeting revenue targets.
• 2+ years of experience managing an accurate pipeline and reporting from a CRM.
• Ability to record productivity, report from and maintain sales CRM systems, spreadsheets, and collate data.
• Fast learner with meticulous attention to detail and strong communication skills.
• Interest in higher education and the legal profession; good English skills preferred.

Responsabilités

• Proactively manage and respond to a high volume of prospective students through phone, sms, video calls, emails and chats.
• Continuously learn and master course offerings and programs through training and independent research.
• Provide tailored consultations and advice to prospective students.
• Guide students through the full application journey from enquiry to enrolment.
• Explore career aspirations and match to relevant programs.
• Advise international students on visa, immigration, and compliance requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective students throughout enrolment.
• Deliver excellent customer service to stakeholders during recruitment cycle.
• Represent the Ecole Supérieure de Design professionally at all times.
• Maintain CRM records with high accuracy.
