WeRecruit seeks a dynamic Executive Education business development professional to advise prospects, assess objectives, and guide them to enrolment in our certificate and degree programmes. You will proactively grow the prospect portfolio, identify new profiles through LinkedIn and targeted outreach, and implement sales initiatives to drive qualified opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience selling education or professional development programs.
• Strong understanding of consultative, solution-based selling.
• Proven ability to build and manage a sales pipeline.

Responsabilités

• Advise prospects on suitable Executive Education options and guide to enrolment.
• Develop and manage a prospect portfolio to meet targets.
• Design and run initiatives (webinars, sessions, events) to generate opportunities.
• Collaborate with Programme, Marketing and Faculty teams and monitor funnel metrics.
• Provide regular reporting on pipeline, forecast and results.
