Job summary

TEAM INSIDE is seeking a freelance UX Writer to support the development of customer-focused digital content for an international airline group. You will refine briefs, write English microcopy for a customer service virtual assistant, and improve content across social media, chat, email and claims journeys.

You are fluent in English and French with at least 2 years in UX writing or content design, and you will collaborate with Product, UX and design teams to ensure consistent brand tone while

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in UX Writing, Content Design or related fields.
• Fluent in English; French proficiency required.
• Experience creating content for digital products and journeys.

Responsibilities

• Refine briefs from Product Teams.
• Write and optimise English microcopy for a Customer Service virtual assistant.
• Create and improve content for social media, chat, email and claims journeys.
• Encourage self-service while personalising the experience.
• Ensure consistency across websites, templates and digital channels.
• Adapt and maintain content templates; apply tone of voice guidelines.
• Participate in user testing and incorporate insights.
• Represent the UX Writing team in design workshops.
• Maintain editorial reference documents and glossaries.
• Provide editorial guidance to Product, UX and business stakeholders.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of digital journeys.
