Aptiv in Villepinte, France, seeks an Engineering Program Leader to drive cross-competency program execution, interfacing with Program Management, Accounts, and global engineering functions to ensure on-time, on-cost, and on-quality delivery.

The role leads Resident Engineers and Engineering Project Leaders, recruits as needed, and partners with customers to shape proposals, align resources, and deliver engineering excellence across programs.

Qualifications

Engineering degree with relevant years of experience.
Proficiency in technical reporting and summarization.
Proven customer-facing leadership and results orientation.
Experience negotiating and influencing stakeholders.
Strong planning and organizational skills.
Fluent English; German is a plus.
Ability to work in virtual international teams.
Knowledge of Servant Leadership principles.

Responsabilités

Ensure successful execution of customer programs according to plan.
Act as primary interface with customers for engineering deliverables and timelines.
Lead and develop the customer application engineering team.
Coordinate hiring to meet commitments.
Drive continuous improvement and cost targets (MCIP).
Align resources with global functions and product development requirements.
