Air Liquide is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead Project Engineering activities within a Center, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule adherence while coordinating cross-functional teams. The role emphasizes resource planning, multidisciplinary collaboration, and continuous improvement in engineering practices.

The candidate will manage workloads, align with management and clients, and drive performance through KPI monitoring and process optimization.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in engineering required.
• Strong technical background and construction experience.
• 5+ years in engineering with at least 1 year in Air Liquide Technology engineering.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Project Engineers team and coordinate with other departments and external partners as needed.
• Ensure competency, onboarding, training and technical career development for the discipline.
• Deliver engineering outputs by allocating resources, monitoring performance and coordinating with other disciplines.
• Define department objectives, budgets and overall management of man-hours and cost centers.
