Akshay Services in Paris, France is seeking a Senior Software Engineer with strong technical program management experience to lead planning, prioritization, and execution across cross-functional teams. You will partner with Product Management, Design, Data Science and Engineering to deliver high-impact work and provide visibility into the engineering portfolio.

The role requires a track record of delivering large, cross-functional initiatives and excellent communication to influence stakeholders

Qualifications

• 15+ years technical project or program management experience.
• 8+ years of people management experience.
• Experience building and growing a PM organization.
• Proven record delivering large-scale, cross-functional technical initiatives.
• Ability to frame ambiguous problems and drive initiatives to completion.
• Experience creating processes where none exist and improving efficiency.
• Strong written and oral communication to influence stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Data Science and Engineering) to deliver high-impact work.
• Provide visibility into the portfolio of engineering initiatives.
• Identify critical priorities and establish best practices for the team.
• Increase TPM productivity by removing obstacles and simplifying processes.
• Maintain urgency through strong internal collaboration across the business.
• Assess risks and opportunities; drive process improvements and new operating methods.
• Encourage collaboration on strategy and ensure the team understands and is inspired by the direction.
