Job summary

Ecolab in Paris is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead the GHT engineering team across Europe. You will combine engineering leadership, people management and project delivery from opportunity qualification through design and handover.

You will work with commercial teams, engineering partners and customers to develop scalable water-treatment solutions and ensure projects meet safety, schedule, cost and quality targets.

Qualifications

• Degree in Chemical, Environmental, Mechanical, Process, Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Significant experience in water and wastewater treatment process design.
• Practical knowledge of design basis development, mass balances, process selection, equipment sizing, PFDs and P&IDs.
• Proven experience delivering water treatment plants through multidisciplinary engineering, procurement, fabrication and commissioning.
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams on complex international projects.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Ability and willingness to travel regularly across Europe, up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary GHT engineering team.
• Partner with CAMs, BDMs and technical stakeholders to qualify opportunities.
• Oversee solution architecture, design basis, scope and risks.
• Provide senior technical leadership in discussions with customers and contractors.
• Manage external engineering partners and maintain quality expectations.
• Develop scalable and modular GHT solutions and implement design reviews.
