Job summary

Ecolab is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our European GHT engineering organization, overseeing design, procurement, fabrication, installation and handover of complex water treatment projects. You will work with commercial teams, customers and partners to deliver scalable, compliant solutions that meet safety, budget and schedule targets.

Qualifications

• Degree in Chemical, Environmental, Mechanical, Process, Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Significant experience in water and wastewater treatment process design.
• Proven experience delivering complex international projects with multidisciplinary teams.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Ability and willingness to travel regularly across Europe, up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary GHT engineering team across Europe.
• Partner with CAMs, BDMs and stakeholders to qualify opportunities and translate requirements into engineering solutions.
• Oversee solution architecture, design basis, scope boundaries, interfaces and risks.
• Provide engineering governance from concept to handover, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and budget.
• Drive reusable engineering standards and modular solutions while managing external partners.
