Job summary

Ecolab is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the Global High Tech team and lead complex water treatment projects for high-tech industries. You will drive projects from definition through commissioning, maintaining control of scope, schedule, budget and quality while ensuring customer satisfaction.

You will coordinate resources, manage risks, and report outcomes to management, with a focus on timely delivery and safety compliance across Europe.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Mechanical/Civil/Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in erection, construction, commissioning and start-up of projects.
• Proven experience managing civil works.
• Experience reviewing and validating engineering documents (P&ID, PFD, mass balance, drawings).
• Fluent in English and French; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from requirements through deployment, defining schedules, scopes, budgets and plans.
• Coordinate internal and external resources to meet scope, schedule and budget.
• Manage risk, monitor KPIs (time, quality, cost) and report to management.
• Ensure proper handover of information to MO Team.
• Build and develop the project team for peak performance.
