Yuno is building global payment infrastructure with a focus on secure, scalable integrations. We are hiring an Engineering Manager to lead the Integrations team, connecting the platform to PSPs, acquirers, and gateways worldwide.

You will own technical direction, drive architecture, and grow a high-performing team in a fast-paced, international environment. Experience in Go, microservices, and AI-assisted development is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing and growing engineering teams
• Strong ability to drive technical decision-making in fast-moving environments
• Excellent communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Solid hands-on backend engineering in Golang or similar
• Strong understanding of microservices, APIs, and integration patterns
• Experience with SQL and relational databases
• Knowledge of secure software development and OWASP principles
• Experience guiding AI-first development and AI-assisted coding
• Experience delivering in agile environments
• Full professional proficiency in English

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary engineering team, fostering technical excellence and ownership
• Mentor engineers at all levels with coaching and feedback
• Own the full lifecycle of integrations with PSPs, acquirers, and gateways
• Contribute to architecture design, code reviews, and debugging
• Set and enforce coding standards, testing, observability, and documentation
• Ensure secure software development practices and data privacy compliance
• Guide architectural decisions for low-latency, high-availability backends
• Champion AI-first engineering culture and tooling usage
• Collaborate with Product, Compliance, and Business teams in an agile environment
• Drive API and integration framework evolution across countries and providers
