Xsolla is seeking a PS Delivery Manager to lead and optimize payment solution integrations across technical, operational and UX perspectives. You will collaborate with development, product, UX/UI, marketing and external payment partners to ensure smooth, well-documented and high-performing payment experiences.

You will become a subject matter expert through the integration lifecycle, from setup in technical docs to enhancing customer journeys and supporting launches.

Qualifications

• Experience in payment solutions and fintech.
• Ability to read and analyze complex technical documentation.
• Strong understanding of UX and customer journeys.
• Experience collaborating with development, product, and external partners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsabilités

• Analyze payment solution setup and documentation.
• Translate technical docs into practical implementation.
• Own end-to-end integration perspective.
• Represent the company with payment providers and partners.
• Provide input for launch announcements and PR activities.
• Improve end-to-end payment journey with UX input.
• Collaborate with Product Design and UX teams to optimize flows.
• Assess payment performance and user experience improvements.
• Work with Engineering, Product, Design, UX/UI, Marketing and external teams.
