Job summary

Mistral seeks a founding engineering leader in Paris to turn arriving hardware into cloud-ready datacenter fleets and to build a world-class team from day one. You will script automation and shape delivery timelines, reducing weeks of work to hours of throughput.

You will own delivery pipelines and collaborate with Hardware Design and Fleet Health while scaling GPU fleets (H100, GB200-class) using InfiniBand/RoCE fabrics.

Responsibilities

• Turn arriving hardware into cloud-ready datacenter fleets.
• Own delivery pipelines and drive time-to-acceptance from weeks to hours.
• Lead a team from day one and collaborate with Hardware Design and Fleet Health.
• Scale GPU fleets (H100, GB200-class) with InfiniBand/RoCE fabrics.
