Founding Engineering Lead - Storage for AI Cloud

Mistral; Paris; In loco; EUR 150.000 - 190.000; Tempo pieno

Descrizione del lavoro

Mistral is building a sovereign AI cloud in Europe. We are seeking the founding Engineering Team Lead for storage to own the stack—block, file, and object storage—for training runs and general compute.

You will be hands-on early, then hire engineers, coach them, and scale the team while shaping the storage solution. You’ll decide what we build vs. buy, own capacity planning across datacenters, and partner with Product Managers to align the storage roadmap with business goals.
