Mistral AI seeks an experienced Logistics Lead to orchestrate deployment logistics, inventory control and supplier performance across global sites. You will manage inbound/outbound movements, BOM-driven shipment plans, and secure handover with site teams, while ensuring compliance and cost discipline.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, or hardware deployment.
• Experience coordinating high‑value equipment shipments and reverse logistics.
• Ability to establish auditable inventory processes and manage deployment timelines.
• Knowledge of transport, handling, safety, customs and international trade compliance.
• Strong cross‑functional communication and problem‑solving skills; professional English and travel readiness.

Responsibilities

• Plan inbound/outbound movements for servers, racks, and deployment consumables across sites.
• Translate BOM and schedules into shipment plans with delivery windows and site capacity.
• Coordinate loading bays, access approvals, routes, rack handling, and packaging removal.
• Identify dependencies delaying energization and maintain contingency plans.
• Create procedures for goods receipt, inspection, and proof of delivery.
• Manage reverse logistics, repair exchanges and end‑of‑life disposition.
• Define inventory framework including serialized items and location history.
• Monitor stock health, aging, and reconciliation with IT asset records.
• Lead supplier performance reviews and cost control while maintaining deployment dates.
• Develop organization structure and leadership to scale the team.
