Job summary

Neural Concept in Paris is seeking a Solution Engineer to fuse engineering credibility with strategic influence. You translate a VP’s business challenge into a concrete AI solution, and you guide the account from discovery to a signed Statement of Work while remaining the technical compass through the client lifecycle.

You will run structured discovery, define AI strategy, craft client-tailored demos, co-own the SOW, and collaborate with Sales to drive adoption and expansion.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree with a solid understanding of CAD and CAE workflows.
• Strong executive communication and client-facing experience.
• Proactive, commercially driven and able to lead discovery and framing of technical use cases.
• Comfort with demos and prototypes using AI-assisted tools and Python.

Responsibilities

• Position Neural Concept as a long-term strategic partner across engineering teams and VPs.
• Lead structured discovery sessions to identify high-impact, technically feasible use cases.
• Define AI strategy and a technical roadmap for each account.
• Create and deliver client-tailored demos and presentations grounded in engineering workflows.
• Create and co-own the Statement of Work with deep understanding of technical building blocks.
• Prepare and run Steering Committees, linking engineering challenges to strategic outcomes.
• Drive user adoption and engagement across technical users and managers.
• Identify upsell opportunities and shape them into well-scoped proposals.
• Collaborate with Sales and Forward Deployed Engineering to ensure smooth transitions from pre-sales to delivery.
