Kaluza is seeking a hands-on Technical Analyst to join the Client Delivery team in Paris. This hybrid role blends consulting with technical product delivery to guide enterprise clients through onboarding and implementation of the SaaS platform.

You will gather requirements, configure the system, manage data integration and migration, run tests, train users, and support project timelines with technical risk mitigation. Fluency in French is essential for this Europe-based role.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience implementing enterprise SaaS solutions for B2B clients.
• Comfort working with APIs and ETL processes for data integration.
• Strong business analysis skills, from requirements to acceptance criteria.
• Fluent in French; ability to engage with European clients.

Responsabilités

• Lead requirements gathering and translate them into technical specs.
• Lead system configuration and design to fit client's model.
• Oversee data integration and migration using APIs and ETL.
• Develop and execute test plans with QA and UAT.
