Kaluza is seeking a hands-on Technical Analyst to join the Client Delivery team in Paris. This hybrid role blends consulting with technical product delivery to guide enterprise clients through onboarding and implementation of the SaaS platform.

You will gather requirements, configure the system, manage data integration and migration, run tests, train users, and support project timelines with technical risk mitigation. Fluency in French is essential for this Europe-based role.

What will I be doing?

Kaluza’s Technical Analysts are an important member of our Implementation teams. It’s a critical hybrid role that bridges the gap between the customer’s business needs and the company’s technical product. They act as a consultant and technical expert during the customer onboarding and implementation phase, ensuring that Kaluza’s SaaS platform is configured and deployed successfully to meet the client’s specific energy‑related challenges.

This role requires a unique combination of technical expertise, data analysis, problem solving skills, and a solid understanding of the energy industry.

As a Technical Analyst, you are the critical link between our clients' ambitions and Kaluza's cutting‑edge SaaS platform. This is a hands‑on, hybrid role where you'll act as both a technical consultant and a subject matter expert, guiding our enterprise clients through the entire implementation lifecycle. You won't just be configuring software; you'll be solving complex business problems and enabling the energy transition.

Your role will focus on taking a new client from the initial sale to a fully operational system. This includes:

• Requirements Gathering and Analysis: You'll meet with clients to deeply understand their specific business needs, data sources, and operational processes. You'll translate these high‑level requirements into detailed technical specifications for our engineering and delivery teams.

• System Configuration and Design: You'll lead the technical configuration of the Kaluza platform, aligning it with the client’s operational model and regulatory requirements. This involves customising parameters, dashboards, reports, and workflows to ensure a perfect fit.

• Data Integration and Migration: A critical part of this role, you'll be responsible for integrating the client’s existing data systems with our platform. You'll work with APIs and data pipelines, build and manage ETL processes, and ensure historical data is migrated accurately and securely.

• Testing and Quality Assurance: In close collaboration with our Quality Assurance teams, you'll develop and execute test plans to ensure the implemented solution performs flawlessly. You will validate data accuracy, test system performance, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Client Training and Enablement: You'll empower client teams by providing comprehensive training and creating detailed user guides. You'll also serve as the primary technical point of contact, troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise during the implementation phase.

• Project Management Support: You will work alongside our Programme Managers, providing the technical expertise needed to develop project timelines, manage key deliverables, and proactively identify and mitigate technical risks.

About You

You are a hands‑on, analytical problem‑solver who thrives at the intersection of technology and business. You have a passion for detail and a proven ability to translate complex client needs into practical, scalable solutions. You are comfortable working with large, diverse datasets and possess a strong understanding of how enterprise systems function.

Ideally, you'll have/be:

• Proven Implementation Experience: Hands‑on experience in a similar role, successfully implementing enterprise‑level SaaS solutions for B2B clients.

• Technical Proficiency: Comfortable working with large datasets, APIs, and ETL processes, with a strong understanding of the core principles of data integration and migration.

• Business Analysis & Requirements Management: Strong business analysis skills, with experience eliciting, analysing, documenting, validating and prioritising complex business and technical requirements. Confident using a range of requirements‑gathering techniques, including stakeholder interviews, workshops, process mapping, user stories, use cases and acceptance criteria. Able to translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements, identify gaps and dependencies, manage requirements traceability, and support stakeholders through solution design, testing and implementation.

• Stakeholder Management & Facilitation: Skilled at engaging business and technical stakeholders, facilitating requirements and solution workshops, challenging assumptions, resolving ambiguity and building alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.

• Process & Solution Analysis: Able to understand current‑state business processes, define future‑state requirements, perform gap and impact analysis, and work collaboratively with product and engineering teams to shape practical solutions.

• A Problem‑Solving Mindset: A natural curiosity and an enthusiastic drive for continuous improvement. Motivated by the challenge of breaking down complex problems and finding pragmatic, scalable solutions.

• Business Acumen: Experience working with enterprise technology systems and a strong understanding of how technology, data and business processes interact to support operational and commercial outcomes.

• Proficiency in French: Since this role is based in Paris and serves a European market, fluency in French is essential to engage effectively with our clients.

• Experience in the Energy Sector: While not essential, prior experience with energy‑related data systems (e.g., MDMS, billing systems) or an understanding of the energy industry will be a significant advantage.
