Kaluza is seeking a Product professional to drive delivery of core features for ENGIE in France, translating strategy into detailed requirements and actionable roadmaps. You will partner with engineering, design and delivery teams to manage backlogs and execute sprint cycles.

In this bilingual role, you will work across internal teams and ENGIE client leads, analyzing data and platform metrics to continuously refine and scale product capabilities, with three days a week in the Paris office.

Qualifications

• Fluent bilingual in English and French, written and spoken.
• Experience at scale with enterprise platforms or complex integrations.
• Strong hands-on product execution using Agile methodologies.

Responsabilités

• Drive hands-on delivery of core product features with ENGIE in France.
• Translate strategy into detailed requirements, user stories, and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with engineering, design and delivery to manage backlogs and sprints.
• Manage dual-stakeholder relationships with internal teams and ENGIE leads (French & English).
• Analyse data and metrics to refine and scale product capabilities.
