Kaluza, the Energy Intelligence Platform, is seeking a Customer Enablement Specialist for a 12‑month fixed-term in Paris. You will design and deliver bilingual French/English training, including workshops and e-learning, to enable clients and partners across EMEA.

Your role accelerates adoption and supports the energy transition. You will partner with clients, manage training programs with agile‑influenced methods, and translate platform and AI features into practical learning.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and English with strong writing and speaking skills.
• Proven track record designing and delivering training in a SaaS/tech environment.
• Experience managing complex training programs with multi-stakeholder delivery.

Responsabilités

• Lead strategic training partnerships and manage delivery within client programs.
• Create high-quality training materials in French and English for live and digital sessions.
• Deliver sessions virtually and in person; drive adoption and post-training coaching.
