Kraken in Paris seeks a Client Delivery Lead to shape industry-leading product experiences for our clients. You will align with Kraken and client teams, define the roadmap, and drive improvements through technology and people.

The role involves working across complex delivery pipelines, managing stakeholder expectations, and delivering MVPs with a test-and-learn mindset. Fluency in English and French is preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified with client delivery and/or product ownership experience.
• Experience in financial industry is a plus.
• Strong agile delivery and product management skills.
• Experience of product management and customer journeys.

Responsabilités

• Define the product vision and strategy with stakeholders.
• Define the MVP and test & learn approach for the product capability.
• Support the business with issue resolution for the product.
• Support engineering teams to deliver product features.
• Manage the relationship with client counterparts as first contact for tech development and issues.
• Triaging incoming requests and communicating priorities to the development team.
• Continuously review and adapt to customer and business needs.
