Kraken is seeking a dynamic Senior Program Manager to lead the technical orchestration of a major client migration project in the energy sector from Paris. You will partner with an international energy retailer to drive the technical pillar, manage ongoing relationships, and guide the client through adoption of our Kraken platform as part of a broader business transformation.

You will work in a fast-paced, ambiguity-tolerant environment, rolling up your sleeves to deliver complex tech solutions.

• Technical mindset with experience in engineering-led industries.
• Experience managing complex technology implementation or migration programs.
• Proven experience in software adaptation, deployment and integration.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Build trusted relationships with executives and tech stakeholders.
• Define success criteria and governance for the program.
• Own platform localisation plan to meet client expectations.
• Direct internal and external teams on tech deliverables.
• Support client in meeting business needs via tech delivery.
• Understand Kraken infrastructure and align direction.
• Set up training programs for client technical arm.
• Advocate for Kraken delivery approach.
