Kraken is seeking a senior Data & Analytics Client Delivery Lead to help clients build transformative data capabilities as part of Kraken’s transformation program. You will train clients on Kraken data, support them in building reporting and analytics, and may hands-on write queries or analytics demos to demonstrate value.

You will lead analytics teams, advise on data organization and modern tech stacks, and guide clients toward high-impact data strategies that align with core business goals,

Qualifications

• Degree qualified equivalent; client delivery and/or product ownership experience.
• Experience as a data analytics, BI, or related field role (analytics manager, lead data analyst, analytics or data consultant).
• Strong familiarity with modern data practices and tooling, and SQL/BI platforms.

Responsabilités

• Guide clients in redefining reporting and analytics using Kraken data via hands-on query writing and trainings.
• Advise senior client data leadership on building a high-performing data organization and modern tech stack.
• Define and prioritize client data needs to influence the data product roadmap and ensure business outcomes.
• Partner with engineering to deliver new data features aligned to client use cases.
• Train Kraken’s client delivery team to help business domains ask effective data questions and drive impact.
