Kraken in Paris is seeking a Client Delivery Lead to craft industry-leading product experiences for our clients. You will own the operations product roadmap, collaborate with Kraken teams and clients, and help translate business needs into enabled capabilities.

You will work in a flat, agile environment, align stakeholders, and drive fast, thoughtful delivery across complex client journeys in the energy sector. Fluent English and French are preferred as we transform utilities together.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified equivalent.
• Experience within the financial industry is a plus.
• Strong agile delivery experience and product management skills.
• Experience of product management and customer journeys.
• Solid understanding of technology and associated trends.
• Excellent communications, collaboration and presentation skills.
• Strong influencing skills and ability to challenge traditional ways of thinking.
• Experience of working with significant complex delivery pipelines for clients.
• Patience - our clients are undergoing huge transformations that take time and require our understanding.
• Laser focus on clients, relentless problem solving, invincible attitude, a winner!
• Consulting experience is a plus.
• Fluent English + French (other European languages is a plus).
• Previous experience in the electricity/utilities market in France is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Define the product vision and strategy with operation and Kraken Technologies Teams.
• Identify new ideas and technology to improve the product.
• Define the MVP and test & learn approach for the product capability.
• Support the business with issue resolution for the product.
• Support the engineering teams to deliver product features.
• Managing the relationship with client counterparts, being the first point of contact for tech development and issue resolution.
• Triaging incoming requests and communicating client priorities to the right domains in the development team.
• Ensure we are constantly reviewing and adapting to customer and business needs.
