Huron, in partnership with Baystate Health, seeks a Patient Access Manager for the Emergency Department in Springfield, MA. You will provide strategic and operational leadership for ED registration, front-end revenue cycle, and throughput, ensuring compliance and accurate data capture.

You will lead high-performing teams, implement best practices, and drive improvements in access and financial outcomes across the department, collaborating with Baystate Health and Huron leadership.

Responsabilités

• Manage daily Emergency Department Patient Access operations.
• Improve registration, eligibility verification, and data capture.
• Monitor metrics for throughput, revenue cycle and quality.
• Coach and develop Patient Access staff.
• Collaborate with clinical and revenue stakeholders on improvements.
• Ensure compliance with EMTALA, privacy, and policies.
• Support staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation.
