Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies is seeking an intern for the EMEA Commercial & Business Development team to support strategic development and performance reviews of the Wholesale channel across Online and Brick & Mortar.

The selected candidate will gain hands-on experience in data-driven analysis, strategic planning, and business development initiatives, while benefiting from continuous leadership development and strong exposure to Affiliate markets and Regional Brand Teams.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel proficiency required.
• Strong PowerPoint skills for impactful presentations.
• Fluency in English; French recommended but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Support weekly and monthly retail performance dashboards for European retailers.
• Build and maintain retailer profiles scorecards and benchmarking tools.
• Assist in strategic business reviews and leadership meetings with insights for decision-making.
• Help analyze regional investments and identify ROI opportunities in wholesale partnerships.
• Coordinate annual marketing presentations between regional brands and major retail partners.
