The Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a motivated intern to support marketing calendar coordination, go-to-market planning, and performance tracking in a fast-paced, international environment.

You will consolidate regional calendars, prepare planning documents and materials, and help build dashboards and trackers. This role offers exposure to multiple brands and cross-functional teams, with a strong focus on detail and proactive learning.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• Strong interest in beauty, consumer trends, brand strategy.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce well-structured documents.
• Fluent in English; French or another language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support marketing calendar and go-to-market coordination.
• Assist in launch and business performance tracking with dashboards.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Marketing, Demand Planning, Finance, Retail, and Online teams.
• Prepare PowerPoint presentations, Excel trackers, and meeting materials.
• Contribute to planning tools, trackers, and templates for clear workflows.
