Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a proactive PR & Creator Support intern to assist across 10 EMEA markets. You will coordinate press and creator needs, maintain media databases, and compile monthly press reports while liaising between agencies, the EMEA team, and global partners.

You will support events, launches, and special projects, contributing to partnerships and amenities tracking across Europe. Fluency in English is essential and curiosity, organization, and adaptability are valued

Qualifications

• First experience (internship/apprenticeship) in marketing/communications.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Curious, organized, and hands-on; reliable, detail-oriented, adaptable; able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate press and creator needs and relations across 10 EMEA markets for PR agencies.
• Maintain media/creator databases and compile monthly press reports.
• Liaison between agencies, the local EMEA team, and global teams; support key brand moments, launches, events and special projects.
