Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a motivated intern in Paris region to support marketing calendar coordination, go-to-market activities, and performance tracking. You will help prepare planning documents, dashboards, and presentations while coordinating with Demand Planning, Finance, Retail, and Online teams.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• First internship in marketing, business analysis, luxury, beauty, retail, FMCG, or commercial operations is a plus.
• Strong interest in beauty, consumer trends, brand strategy, and commercial planning.
• Strong analytical skills and comfortable working with numbers and data.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate, well-structured documents.
• Good organizational skills with the ability to manage several tasks and deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with different teams.
• Proactive, curious, reliable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced international environment.
• Good command of Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in English; French or another language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate regional marketing calendars across launches and campaigns.
• Prepare planning documents and presentation materials for internal meetings.
• Track milestones, deadlines, and follow-ups for launches and campaigns.
• Collect and summarize launch and performance data; create simple dashboards.
• Support cross-functional coordination with Demand Planning, Supply Chain, Finance, Retail, and Online teams.
• Prepare PowerPoint presentations and Excel trackers for team deliverables.
