FRAME is seeking a detail-oriented Wholesale Coordinator to support the EMEA wholesale network. You will analyze data, manage stock flows, and assist with partner performance across regions, including coordinate sales reporting and order administration.

Candidates should have strong Excel and English/French language skills, with experience in wholesale or sales support and a proactive, structured work style. This is a fast-paced role with cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven approach.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and lookups.
• Structured and process-minded with ability to build workflows from scratch.
• Detail-oriented with solid follow-up on stock, orders and deadlines.
• Clear communicator able to present to sales, logistics and management.
• Team player with proactive attitude in fast-paced environment.
• Fluent English and French; additional languages a plus.
• Experience in wholesale, sales administration, merchandising or planning.
• Strong product sensitivity and interest in fashion.

Responsabilités

• Support the EMEA Wholesale Managers in coordinating day-to-day wholesale activities across the region.
• Maintain and update wholesale tools, databases, and mapping of all clients & prospects.
• Assist with miscellaneous tasks or projects related to Wholesale.
• Support in maximizing the performance of wholesale partners with swaps and reorders.
• Provide administrative support to the team (answering phone, aftersales requests, order confirmations).
• Generate and analyze weekly/monthly sales reporting; track KPIs and stock levels.
• Monitor stock between US and European warehouses and flag transfer needs.
• Collaborate with merchandising, logistics and planning to keep stock flow smooth.
