Aninebing is looking for an ADV Manager EU to join our Wholesale team in Paris. This critical role will oversee operational effectiveness within our European wholesale business, enhancing efficiency in order management and customer service while collaborating across teams.

The ideal candidate will have 5 to 8 years of experience in Sales Administration in a contemporary fashion environment, fluent in English and French, and possess strong ERP knowledge. The position is hybrid, encouraging a balance between remote work and in-person collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of experience in wholesale Sales Administration, Customer Service, or Order Management.
• Fluent in English and French; knowledge of another European language is a strong plus.
• Strong understanding of commercial mechanics of wholesale fashion.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate PO management for Major Accounts.
• Ensure shipping compliance for top Key Accounts.
• Act as the primary contact for EU warehouse partner and network.
• Produce delivery reports and handle all follow-up on orders.
• Build and maintain KPI dashboards for Key Account business reviews.
• Support expansion of sales back-office systems.
