You will contribute to sales analysis, stock tracking, and collaboration with merchandising, logistics, and planning to optimize stock flow and reorder processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day wholesale activities across the EMEA region.
• Maintain wholesale tools, databases, and mapping of clients & prospects.
• Assist with wholesale-related tasks or projects.
• Support in maximizing performance of wholesale partners with swaps & reorders.
• Provide administrative support to the team (phone, aftersales, order confirmations).
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports analyzing KPIs.
• Monitor stock and deliveries, and flag transfers as needed.
• Collaborate with merchandising, logistics, planning to ensure smooth stock flow.
• Book market appointments with clients & prospects; assist travel arrangements.
