You will manage the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding through offboarding, ensuring a positive employee experience by using AI-powered solutions where appropriate to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HR Operations partner in international environments.
• Experience using AI-enabled HR tools to streamline processes.
• Knowledge of employment legislation, policies and compliance.
• Ability to manage the full employee lifecycle.
• Strong data accuracy and governance mindset.
• Proficient in HRIS platforms and MS Office.
