Fortinet, Inc. is seeking an EMEA Payroll Analyst based in Sophia Antipolis/Valbonne, France. The role supports payroll processing across multiple countries, collaborates with external providers, and ensures timely, accurate payments for 3500+ employees.

You will work in a close-knit Finance team, handle RSU/Stock processing, help develop SOPs, and contribute to payroll transformation with a move to new partners like ADP.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of payroll processing.
• Experience handling multiple EMEA payrolls.
• Experience with payroll journal bookings and reconciliations.
• Ability to identify and implement payroll process improvements.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Experience managing vendors to achieve goals.

Responsabilités

• Manage assigned regional payrolls ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate with external payroll bureaus and monitor service levels.
• Prepare monthly payroll journals.
• Ensure payroll payments such as tax and pension are timely.
• RSU/Stock options processing.
• Maintain SOPs with team managers.
• Ensure SOX compliance where appropriate.
• Handle payroll queries.
• Assist with statutory reporting and year-end activities.
• Collaborate with auditors and provide information.
• Provide support for other payroll team members.
• Contribute to payroll roadmap including transition to ADP and transformation.
