FormFactor Inc. seeks an experienced sales leader to drive commercial system sales across the EMEA region with full accountability for bookings growth, strategic market expansion and customer satisfaction.

You will own and develop a high-performing sales organization, coach two Sales Managers, and collaborate with Operations, Marketing and Product Management to deliver customer success across multinational accounts.

Qualifications

• Extensive senior sales leadership experience in a complex B2B technology environment.
• Proven track record of leading regional sales organizations across multiple countries and cultures.
• Ability to own bookings growth, pipeline governance, forecast accuracy and executive relationships.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of two Sales Managers within the System Sales Team EMEA and drive performance.
• Own and drive FormFactor's commercial system sales across the EMEA region.
• Develop regional growth strategies and capture new market opportunities.
• Manage strategic global accounts including Infineon, Nvidia, STMicroelectronics, Bosch.
• Own account strategy, negotiations, forecasting and sales targets.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver customer success.
• Represent FormFactor at executive meetings and industry events.
