Job summary

JSP is seeking a senior People Power Leader in Estrées-Saint-Denis to guide local HR and partner with EMEA leaders to translate business strategy into people priorities. You will lead a local team and contribute to regional transformation programs, ensuring a positive employee experience across the site.

The role requires 15+ years in international HR, strong leadership, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders while driving talent strategy and workforce planning across EMEA.

We are looking for a People Power Leader to join JSP and play a key role in supporting our people, managers and organisation. This is a senior People Power leadership role combining local People Power leadership and strategic business partnering. You will work closely with business leaders across EMEA to translate business strategy into people priorities and support key transformation initiatives.

Reporting to the People and Digital Managing Director, this role combines leadership of the People Power activities at Estrées-Saint-Denis with strategic People Power support to selected EMEA business areas and participation in key People transformation programmes.

Your responsibilities:

• Bring our ONE EMEA philosophy to life, ensuring a consistent People Power approach and providing trusted support to managers and employees.
• Lead and develop the local People Power team while contributing to the development, consistency and effectiveness of the wider EMEA People Power organisation.
• Act as strategic People Power Business Partner for designated EMEA business units, supporting organisational effectiveness, talent strategy, workforce planning and leadership development.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, translating business objectives into people plans that support growth, performance, innovation, organisational resilience and change.
• Support the People and Digital Managing Director on strategic People initiatives and transformation priorities across EMEA, including organisational design, succession planning and capability building.
• Ensure effective delivery of People Power processes and services at the Estrées-Saint-Denis site, maintaining compliance and a positive employee experience.
• Support managers in addressing complex people matters, organisational challenges and employee relations topics.
• Drive recruitment and onboarding, attracting the right talent and ensuring a strong experience from hiring to successful integration.
• Create a positive and engaging working environment, promoting employee well-being, inclusion and engagement.
• Support employee development and career growth through our dedicated development programmes and initiatives.
• Coordinate learning and training, ensuring development needs are addressed and mandatory requirements remain compliant and up to date.

Your profile:

• 15+ years of progressive Human Resources experience including significant experience as a senior HR Business Partner, HR Manager or HR Leader in an international environment.
• Demonstrated experience leading teams and partnering with senior stakeholders, with the ability to influence, challenge constructively and build credibility at all levels of the organisation.
