Job summary

Otis SE seeks an accomplished senior leader to head Infrastructure & Operations for the EMEA region. You will drive end-to-end infrastructure delivery, align with business priorities, and lead a distributed team across Western Europe while partnering with global technology teams to ensure security, resilience and high performance.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading Infrastructure & Operations in a large, international organization.
• Proven ability to lead managers and geographically dispersed teams in a complex, matrix environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with influence across multiple functions.
• Experience delivering large-scale infrastructure modernization or transformation initiatives.
• Fluent in English and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a geographically distributed team of infrastructure leaders across EMEA.
• Define and execute infrastructure strategies, roadmaps and investment priorities.
• Ensure reliable, secure and efficient delivery of infrastructure services.
• Lead strategic initiatives and transformation projects across the region.
• Partner with Global Digital Technology teams, business stakeholders and external service providers.
• Maintain a strong focus on security, resilience and business continuity.
