Dematic is seeking an OT Cybersecurity Compliance Lead to drive the cybersecurity of OT systems across projects in the EMEA region. You will embed security by design, work with project teams, solution engineering, customers and suppliers to ensure systems meet regulatory and company standards throughout their lifecycle.

You will apply ISA/IEC 62443, manage risk, perform security architecture work, author security requirements and deliver handover documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of OT/ICS cybersecurity or industrial automation experience.
• Knowledge of ISA/IEC 62443 and OT/ICS security fundamentals.
• Familiarity with EU Cyber Resilience Act and Machinery Regulation (EU) 2023/1230; NIS2 awareness.
• Experience with material handling systems, automation solutions, and industrial control tech.
• Ability to write technical/compliance reports and manage audits.
• Experience embedding cybersecurity into project lifecycles.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to work independently in a fast-paced, international setting.
• Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

• Translate cyber requirements into practical, auditable OT project requirements.
• Maintain readiness for CRA milestones and Machinery Regulation deadlines.
• Demonstrate system-level conformity and close integration gaps.
• Embed cybersecurity into the project lifecycle from design to handover.
• Author and review security requirements, architecture and risk assessments.
• Produce handover security documentation for customers and services teams.
• Apply ISA/IEC 62443 across OT systems, defining reference architectures and hardening standards.
• Conduct OT risk assessments, testing and assurance reviews; track findings to closure.
• Support OT incident readiness and response in coordination with IT Security.
