Job summary

Otis Worldwide Corporation seeks a Senior Director, EMEA Infrastructure & Operations to head infrastructure and operations across EMEA. You will lead a geographically distributed team delivering network, workplace, server and storage services in a secure, high-performing environment.

Reporting to the VP, Global Infrastructure & Operations, you will shape strategies, drive transformation initiatives and manage key vendor relationships while maintaining a focus on security and resilience across

Qualifications

Significant experience leading Infrastructure & Operations within a large, international organization.
Proven ability to lead managers and geographically dispersed teams in a matrix environment.
Strong stakeholder management with influence across functions.
Experience delivering large-scale infrastructure modernization or transformation initiatives.
Excellent communication in English.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a geographically distributed team across EMEA to deliver secure, reliable infrastructure services.
Define and execute infrastructure strategies, roadmaps and investments aligned with business goals.
Ensure security, resilience and business continuity across all operations.
Manage strategic vendor relationships and partner with Global Digital Technology teams.
