Job summary

Odaseva is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to act as the operational backbone of Human Resources for our EMEA teams in France, Germany, and the UK. The role requires hands-on partnership with field managers to address people challenges and support a positive employee experience.

You must be comfortable operating independently, exercising sound judgment, and engaging global HR teams when appropriate to ensure alignment and compliance across regions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of HR experience in a senior or business partnering role.
• Experience supporting multiple countries, preferably in Europe (France, Germany, UK).
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, performance management, and employee development.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR contact for Leadership (CTO, CISO) and Managers regarding daily team management and people operations.
• Advise managers on HR policies, performance management, and technical skill development.
• Coordinate onboarding of new technical talent across a multi-country environment.
