Sol de Janeiro, a fast-growing global beauty brand, is seeking a proactive HR Generalist – EMEA to join our People Experience team. This role supports HR operations and employees across the EMEA region, including the French entity, reporting to the Director HRBP – EMEA & UK.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in HR Generalist/HR Operations
• Experience in a multi-country/international environment (EMEA preferred)
• Hands-on with HRIS, payroll coordination, and lifecycle management
• Exposure to works council topics in France is a plus
• Fluent English required, French required

Responsabilités

• Manage full employee lifecycle in France and across EMEA (onboarding, contracts, changes, leaves, offboarding)
• Draft and manage employment contracts and HR documentation per local labour laws
• Maintain accurate employee data in HRIS and coordinate payroll inputs
• Support payroll provider as day-to-day HR contact and manage benefits for France
• Assist with Works Council setup and elections in France
• Support recruitment activities across EMEA with TA and Hiring Managers
• Assist compensation and benefits administration and liaise with providers
• Support HR processes, projects, audits, and compliance checks
• Provide operational HR guidance to managers and partner with Director HRBP only as needed
