Moody's in Paris seeks an Executive Director – Fund Finance (EMEA) to translate and execute the franchise strategy across the region. You will oversee ratings performance, portfolio quality, and market engagement while leading a high-performing analytics team and driving strategic, operational, and digital initiatives.

The role reports to the Global Head of Fund Finance and requires deep credit expertise, executive leadership, and a track record of cross-functional collaboration across Moody's

Qualifications

• Senior credit professional with 12–15 years of experience in fund finance, private credit, or related markets.
• Demonstrated ability to lead with enterprise perspective, sound judgment, and accountability.
• Proven track record of building leadership capability and empowering teams through change.

Responsabilités

• Execute the Fund Finance research and outreach strategy for EMEA, enhancing publications and market voice.
• Represent the franchise internally and externally, articulating Moody's perspectives on fund finance trends and credit risk in EMEA.
• Lead, develop, and manage a team of Fund Finance analytical professionals in EMEA, with accountability for hiring, coaching, and performance.
• Chair rating committees, ensuring analytical rigor and adherence to Moody's methodologies.
• Drive digital and AI-enabled transformation, standardization, and automation to improve analytical quality and efficiency.
