You will lead an analytical group, oversee ratings performance, and drive digital transformation while coordinating with Moody's Ratings and Private Credit franchises.

Qualifications

• Senior market participant with 12–15 years of credit experience, including fund finance or private credit.
• Proven ability to lead with enterprise perspective, balancing commercial priorities and risk.
• Experience shaping and developing leadership teams through change.

• Lead strategy execution for Fund Finance in EMEA, aligning with franchise objectives.
• Represent Moody's perspectives on fund finance trends with internal and external stakeholders.
