Job summary

Integra LifeSciences is seeking an experienced FP&A Manager for the EMEA region to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning. You will lead analytics initiatives, develop Power BI dashboards, and collaborate with regional and corporate leaders to drive data-driven decisions.

The role emphasizes automation and AI-enabled analytics, with responsibility for OneStream data loading, financial reporting, and KPI reviews across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years FP&A or business controlling in a multinational setting, healthcare preferred.
• Autonomy to manage forecasting and budgeting end-to-end in a matrix org.
• Practical use of AI tools in finance with automation examples.
• Strong Excel modeling and Power BI data modeling experience.
• Ability to translate analysis into concise executive messages.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasts, and long-term planning for EMEA.
• Partner with regional leadership to craft accurate financial plans.
• Ensure forecasts load accurately in OneStream and maintain data integrity.
• Provide in-depth financial analysis of revenue, profitability, and costs.
• Develop Power BI dashboards and support self-service analytics for stakeholders.
• Act as trusted advisor on strategic initiatives and market opportunities.
• Coordinate cross-functional finance projects with corporate teams.
