Job summary

iBanFirst is seeking a Senior FP&A Manager to partner with the CFO and Deputy CFO, driving performance, and building a smarter, AI-enabled finance function. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning, develop robust financial models, and coach a small FP&A team across Europe.

You will collaborate with senior stakeholders, prepare investor materials, and champion data-driven decision making in a fast-growing fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Strong FP&A expertise including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and performance management.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for complex modelling and data manipulation.
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) to build dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Own the FP&A agenda and act as a senior financial partner to Finance leadership.
• Lead monthly and quarterly closings, reporting, and P&L analysis.
• Develop executive dashboards and board reporting.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning across the group.
• Partner with business leaders to translate priorities into financial plans.
• Lead AI and automation initiatives to improve FP&A efficiency.
