Telnyx seeks Forward Deployed Engineers to join across Europe, working with enterprise customers to architect and ship production systems on Telnyx's global network spanning voice, messaging, AI, wireless, and edge compute.

This role focuses on building real, scalable solutions, deploying real-time AI workloads, and collaborating with customer engineering and leadership to deliver pilots, POCs, and go-lives across the EMEA region.

Qualifications

• CS degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years building software, infrastructure, or in technical consulting.
• Production experience deploying LLM applications or AI infrastructure.
• Experience with LiteLLM gateway, routing, fallbacks, rate limits, and observability.
• Proficiency with Kubernetes, Docker, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and production operations.
• Exposure to SIP, WebRTC, VoIP, real-time communications, or messaging.
• Able to communicate complex tech to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Based in London, Dublin, or Amsterdam, or willing to relocate, and eligible to work.

Responsabilités

• Embed with customers to understand technical requirements and AI use cases.
• Architect and build production solutions using Telnyx platforms.
• Develop AI Voice Assistants and LLM-powered apps.
• Deploy and operate LLM infrastructure and gateways.
• Design routing, observability, and cost strategies for AI workloads.
• Build RAG pipelines and model integrations.
• Deploy containerized services on Kubernetes with customer teams.
• Troubleshoot APIs, networking, SIP, WebRTC, and AI infra issues.
• Lead technical discovery, POCs, pilots, and production launches.
• Own outcomes from deployment to handoff and drive product feedback.
