Job summary

Align Technology, Inc. seeks an Employee Experience & Continuous Improvement Analyst in France/EMEA to drive a multi-pillar Employee Experience program. You will lead listening initiatives, translate insights into action, and enable managers with practical tools.

You will partner with HR, OPEX, BI, and Customer Success to connect employee insights with organisational and Customer Experience outcomes, while managing governance and cross-market activities.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in Employee Experience or related field.
• Experience coordinating multi-stakeholder programmes and translating insights into action.
• Professional English; additional European languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Own the annual EMEA Employee Experience roadmap across five pillars.
• Maintain governance for approvals, budgets, communications, inclusion, privacy, vendors, and reviews.
• Coordinate structured Voice of Employee mechanisms and identify trends.
• Turn insights into action plans with owners, dates, and measures.
• Maintain recognition channels and programmes with clear criteria and KPIs.
• Coordinate wellbeing, culture, and social-responsibility activities across markets.
