Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Director Medical Affairs Strategic Markets EMEA – Electrophysiology (m/f/d). You will lead the Medical Scientific Liaison team for Germany, France, UK, Italy and Spain while also serving as MSL in the base country.

You will shape medical direction for Electrophysiology, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive innovative clinical strategies across G5 markets. The role requires deep clinical expertise, stakeholder engagement, and leadership in a complex matrix

Qualifications

• Medical degree (MD) or equivalent; advanced scientific degree (PhD/PharmD) highly preferred.
• Extensive experience in medical affairs leadership within pharma/medical devices.
• Strong knowledge of Electrophysiology and cardiovascular clinical landscape.

Responsibilities

• Provide deep procedural insights and translate opportunities to address unmet needs for Franchise agenda.
• Oversee MSLs and cross-functional collaborations, ensuring regulatory and safety oversight.
