Johnson & Johnson MedTech seeks a Director of Medical Affairs Strategic Markets EMEA – Electrophysiology to lead the MSL team across Germany, France, UK, Italy, and Spain. The role combines medical leadership with strategic input, ensuring compliant clinical execution and innovation for EP solutions.

The position reports to the Senior Director and involves cross-functional collaboration to advance electrophysiology programs, engage KOLs, and interact with EMA for market approvals.

Formación

• Fluent German language is a must.
• Medical degree (MD) required; PhD/PharmD highly preferred.
• 12+ years of experience in medical affairs, medical liaison roles, or related areas with progressive leadership.
• Class III Medical Device experience is required.
• Extensive experience with EMA/regulatory interactions and medical strategy.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the MSL work in the G5 markets for Electrophysiology and lead strategic medical direction.
• Provide medical input into strategy, product profiles, and regulatory submissions with EMA and other regulators.
• Build and sustain relationships with KOLs, academic institutions and EMA leadership; translate clinical insights into business strategy.
• Ensure governance, safety oversight and cross-functional collaboration across NPD and lifecycle management.
